Stuart Harris is an emergency physician, chief of MGH SPEAR MED, and professor at Harvard. As a world leader in resource-limited medicine, Stuart directs both wilderness and space medicine fellowships at MGH. He co-founded Siamit in 2016 and continues to lead its emergency and wilderness medicine service lines.
